If you change your mind...
At Riley's we want you to be able to buy with confidence. However, should you wish to return your purchases*, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days provided there is proof of purchase and it is in a resaleable condition. An exchange or credit note will be offered on sale items. We are unable to offer a refund, exchange or credit note on certain products for hygiene and safety reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you would like to return your item to the Riley's store please ensure that you take your delivery paperwork with you to help the store quickly process your refund.

• If there is a fault with the product...
We will attempt to rectify any faults that occur within 12 months* from the date of purchase. We'll usually offer you a replacement or repair. Products must be accompanied by your proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
* Subject to change due to manufacturer guarantee
• When returning any petrol powered product all oil and petrol must be drained from the engine before you release the goods to a carrier. This is for the safety of the carrier firm.

* Klass Clothing policy - please be aware we only offer credit notes or the possibility of swapping items and do not provide cash or credit cards returns. So please make sure you try items on in the provided areas. We will also order in any items you may have seen elsewhere or if a size is not available we will do our best to get hold of it for you.
